Lincolnshire Co-operative run a Community Champions scheme that supports local groups and helps fund projects that benefit the wider community. As part of this initiative, I produced a range of design work across both print and digital formats to highlight the impact of the scheme. This included creating promotional materials, campaign visuals, and social media assets that clearly communicated and celebrated who the champions were and the work they do. Each design focused on real community outcomes, helping to raise awareness, encourage engagement, and show how the scheme makes a direct difference to local people and organisations.
I worked closely with internal teams to ensure all designs followed brand guidelines while still feeling fresh and engaging for different audiences. I adapted layouts and messaging depending on the platform, from printed leaflets and posters to digital banners and online campaigns. This required a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and accessibility so that each piece was easy to understand and visually appealing. Through this work, I helped strengthen the visibility of the scheme and ensured the achievements of local groups were presented in a clear and impactful way.
